Mark Wilson has been a banker in the Walker County community since 1969, and is currently the Chief Executive Officer for the Bank of Walker County. He was employed by the Bank of Parrish from 1969 until February 2002, with the exception of 1986 to 1990 when he was President of SouthTrust Bank of Walker County. He served as Executive Vice president/Bank Manager of the Bank of Parrish. Mark graduated from both Walker College and the University of Alabama -Tuscaloosa with a degree in Finance/Business Administration. Mark is a member of First Methodist Church in Jasper and is involved in civic organizations such as the Boy Scouts of America, and was one of the founders of Habitat for Humanity of Walker County. Mark has been married to his wife, Kay, since 1969 and they have two children, Walker and Katie. |

Tony Sparks has been in banking since 1982, with the majority of his time spent in commercial lending and business banking at AmSouth and First National Bank of Jasper. He joined the Bank of Walker County in August of 2006. Tony attended the Jasper City Schools and graduated from Walker High School. He is a graduate of the University of Alabama with degrees in Real Estate and Finance. Tony is a past president of the Jasper Rotary Club, the Jasper Quarterback Club, and the Walker County Chapter of the Alabama Alumni Association. He also served as president of the Walker Civic concert series and president of the Walker County Humane Society. Tony and his wife, Robyn, have three children and live on the Jasper side of Smith Lake. They attend First United Methodist Church in Jasper. |

Walker Wilson, Executive Vice President of Bank of Walker County, was born and raised in Walker County. He is very proud of his Walker County roots and wants to do all he can to be a positive influence in and for Walker County. Walker started in banking at a young age, working summers in a local bank. After graduating from Walker High School in Jasper, Alabama, Walker continued his education, graduating from the University of Alabama with a Finance degree concentrating in real estate. Additionally, while attending the University of Alabama, he worked in Tuscaloosa, Alabama as a realtor. Walker is an active member of the First United Methodist Church in Jasper. He is a member of the Rotary Club of Jasper, a director with the Chamber of Commerce of Walker County, and a director for the Jasper Area Family Services Center. Walker also enjoys promoting and furthering the ideals of scouting by helping with the annual Friends of Scouting Campaign. He is a charter member of the Foundation Associates Society of the Walker Area Community Foundation. Additionally, he was named to and serves on the De Novo Bank Committee with the Community Bankers Association of Alabama in Montgomery Walker and his wife, Lindsey, have two children, Greer and John Walker. |

Kay Sartain has been a community banker for many years, and is the Chief Operations Officer for the Bank of Walker County. Kay began her career in 1977 at the Bank of Parrish as a bookkeeper. In 1983 she became a loan clerk for Regional Federal Savings and Loan in New Albany, Indiana. In 1987 she returned to Walker County as Operations Manager of the Bank of Parrish, a position she held until 2002 when the Bank of Parrish was bought by Marion County Bancshares. She was Bank Manager/Loan Officer there from 2002 until September 2003. Kay is a graduate of Parrish High School. She has an AIB General Banking diploma and is a 2005 graduate of the Alabama Banking School. Kay is an active member of the Jasper Pilot Club and Mt. Philadelphia Baptist Church. She is married to Ike Sartain and has two sons, Adam and Eric. |

Drew entered the banking field in January of 2009 Born and raised in Walker County, Drew is extremely happy to be close to home after spending a number of years working as an IT Support Analyst in the healthcare field in Birmingham. Drew is a 2003 graduate of Walker High School and went on to receive an Associate's Degree in Network Engineering as well as a Bachelor's Degree in Management Information Systems from Virginia College in Birmingham. Drew is an active member of the First United Methodist Church in Jasper where he participates in the Men's Club and the Media Ministry. |

Heather began her banking career in 2004. Her experiences include Assistant Branch Manager and Loan Officer. She moved to Walker County from Auburndale, Florida in July 2009 and began working for the Bank of Walker County.

Rita came out of retirement and joined the bank in March of 2010 and has been in the banking field since 1971. She began her career at Cordova Citizen's Bank in 1971 and in October of 1976 she went to work for Compass Bank until June 2008. After 32 years of service, Rita retired and began keeping her grandson, Bradyn. Rita is a graduate of Cordova High School and is married to Donnie Burns. They have two children, Heath and Kristyn. The Burns also have two grandchildren, Molly Kate and Bradyn. Rita and Donnie attend Sumiton Church of God. |
